Project Overview
The works at 69 Goldsmith Avenue, Portsmouth took place on behalf of Portsmouth City Council. The contract period began in December 2019, completing in June 2020. The works were to refurbish the property into a condition suitable for the housing of adults with supported living needs. The site was vacant for the entirety of the works, returning to use following completion.
