Project Overview
The works to Andover Library, The Chantry Centre – Hampshire ran between October 2018 until January 2019 on behalf of Hampshire County Council.
The works comprised of but were not restricted to the following:
- Asbestos removal
- Door replacement
- Adaptation to existing heating to suit new room layouts
- Non loadbearing wall removals
- Removal of folding partition door/ screen
- New partitioning and openings
- New floor coverings
- Redecoration to internal areas
- Upgrade of back-office areas
- Provision of accessible toilet
