Project Overview
The project comprised of alterations and refurbishment of a three bedroom property. Electrical and mechanical services were upgraded, new kitchen, new flooring and complete redecoration.
The alterations included adaptations for tenants with special requirements, including bath and hoist. The project included demolishing an existing conservatory and building a new conservatory, new drive and landscaping.
