Project Overview
Portchester Health Centre is a local healthcare practice based in Fareham, Hampshire. The Internal Refurbishment works were carried out over a programme of 5 Weeks on behalf of NHS Property Services. The project was managed on site by site agent, Jamie Hutfield and Project Manager Aidan Thomas.
The project comprise the external alteration works to create sloped access to the rear entrance and ramped access to the side entrance, it includes but was not limited to:-
- Installation of an External Canopy
- Installation of Storm Drainage for the Canopy
- Creation and Installation of a New External Ramp
- Installation of a New Entrance Threshold
- Landscaping Works
