Project Overview
Portchester Health Centre is a local healthcare practice based in Fareham, Hampshire. The Internal Refurbishment works were carried out over a programme of 13 Weeks on behalf of NHS Property Services along with consultation from Studio Four Architects and Baqus Construction and Property Consultancy.
The project comprise the internal reconfiguration works to create new consulting rooms, it includes but was not limited to:-
- Mechanical and Electrical Installation Works
- Installation of New Ceiling Tiles
- Installation of New Flooring
- Paint and Decorations
- New Sanitaryware & IPS units Installation
- Asbestos Removal
- Internal Fire Door Installation
The works were carried out between September 2020 – December 2020, managed by Vishal Patel acting as Project Manager and Site Agent Stewart Macpherson. Sub-contractors used on this project include: JSD Electrical Ltd, RTS Group Ltd, Solent Contract Flooring Ltd, Economic Insulations Ltd, NJR Interior Systems Ltd as well as NSB Decorators Ltd.
