Project Overview

The works comprised the refurbishment and reconfiguration of rooms to accommodate a new team base within Phoenix Day Ward, Gosport War Memorial Hospital.

The work comprised the following:-Demolition of non load bearing masonry partition walls, Construction of masonry partition walls with plaster finish to reconfigure various room layouts. Re-fitting of kitchen and provision of new beverage bays. Re-fitting of W.C’s.

Upgrading and replacing doors and ironmongery. Remedial fire proofing works to various walls and partitions. Alterations to electrical circuits and lighting. Installation of Red Alert panic alarm system. Minor alterations to mechanical and ventilation systems. New data installation. New ceilings (in some areas), decorations and carpets.
