Havant Health Centre

Project Overview

The works at Havant Health Centre, Hampshire took place on behalf of NHS Property Services . The 27 week project was Managed on site by site agent, Jamie Hutfield and Project Manager, Martyn Hodges. The brief of the project was to design and build a disused gravel area of approximately 300m2 into a vibrant space for staff and centre visitors to enjoy.

Works comprise of the full removal and replacement of all windows and doors, powder coating external fascias and full soffit replacement. Civil and groundworks including thermoplastic line writing. Upgrading existing ramps and access paths to increase disabled access. Works were completed on behalf of NHS Property Services and Baquas, in partnership with GKR Architecture Ltd and Wedman Consulting Ltd.

The works at Havant Health Centre included but were not limited to: –

• Cladding Installation
• Minor fire improvement works
• External Works forming a new footpath
• Associated Mechanical and Electrical Works
