Project Overview
The works comprised of the construction of new single Community and Children’s Centre building. The ground floor accommodation comprises a community hall and associated stores, kitchen area, crèche area with dedicated crèche store and wc, toilet areas; offices/ reception area; one to one room, cleaners store, plant room and circulation areas.
The demolition of the existing Community Centre. The existing building is a single storey pre-fabricated structure of approximately 175m2 gross internal floor area with a community hall, kitchen, toilets, bar, circulation space and storerooms.
Realignment and refurbishment of the existing children’s play area. External works comprising new hard and soft landscaping, planting, new fencing.
